Effective from 23rd July 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of counselling services provided by Humble Counselling ("the Counsellor"). By booking a session, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Cancellations

Booking Your Sessions
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the session details. If not received, the session may be released to another client.

Cancelling a Session
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice but less than 7 days will incur a £10 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged the full session fee.

If the Counsellor needs to cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice (which is avoided where possible), a rescheduled session will be offered at the earliest opportunity.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
